Dancing Shadow Conservatory respects the privacy of our students. Opting into our SMS system is an acknowledgment that you agree to the following as it pertains to how we handle your data:

Data Collection: We collect student’s name, mailing address, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for lessons via our website and enrollment forms.
Data Usage: Your data will only be used for the purposes of keeping track of student enrollment and tuition payments.
Data Security: Your data is keep protected in a secure system only accessed by authorized personnel.
Data Retention: We retain your information for as long as you are a student of DSC. You may request deletion of your information should you discontinue lessons with us.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: You may receive a fee from your mobile carrier if you do not have unlimited text or a data plan. Dancing Shadow Conservatory’s text messaging practices are for the purposes of rescheduling and parent/student/instructor Q&A sessions.
Frequency of messages are determined by the individual needs of the student.

Opt-Out: You can discontinue interactions by texting or emailing the word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to Dancing Shadow Conservatory directly via the number and email address listed above. You will receive a confirmation email or text within 24 hours once the discontinue request has been received.
You can text your instructor with any questions or HELP you may require at anytime.
Non-Sharing Clause: We don’t sell your information with third-parties for marketing purposes. Dancing Shadow Conservatory will never sell, share, or rent your mobile number without express permission from you.
