Ms. Kay Ballard
Owner/Head Mistress
Kay has dedicated her entire life to dance, music, and performing. After graduating from Hollywood High Performing Arts, she went on tour with Las Rosas Traditional Mexican Dance Co. She appeared in several movies and television shows. While on tour performing with Ballet Latin Constellation, she toured and performed in “Alakazam”, a series of magic shows, as an illusionist assistant. After touring, she returned to college and received her BA in Vocal Music. 12 1/2 years later, she received her MBA in Entrepreneurship. She has choreographed for theaters, dance teams, dance studios, show choirs, and choirs all over LA and Orange County.
Ms. Sarynitii West
Hip Hop Instructor/Social Media Manager
Sarynitii has been dancing since she was 2 1/2 years old. She trained at a number of dance studios and also trained under our Owner/Head Instructor Kay Ballard. Ms. Sarynitii was a member of Fusion Dance Academy’s award winning Jazz and Hip Hop competition teams and just completed her tenure performing and competing as a member of Bonita High School’s award winning Hip Hop Team “D Street”. She is currently attending Citrus College seeking a degree in Criminal Justice and is enjoying her roll as a Hip Hop instructor and Social Media Manager for the Conservatory.
